Iain F. LovattAs Chief Executive Officer Iain has over 25 years’ experience at the forefront of the database, insight and analytics market having founded Blue Sheep in 1986. By leveraging the capability of emerging technology and software Blue Sheep has developed as a specialist marketing services and software solution provider within the B2B and B2C market by putting analysis at the heart of business. Outside of Blue Sheep Iain has actively taken a keen interest in contributing to the direct marketing industry, holding the Chair of IDM Data Council for nearly six years. Steve KlinAs Chief Operating Officer Steve has over 20 years’ experience in the Database, Analytics and Digital marketplace. This includes Co founding eWare Interactive (Personalisation & Analytics eventually purchased by GB Group), Sales Director of Alterian Plc. (Analytics & Campaign Management) and most recently European Managing Director of smartFOCUS Plc (Analytics, Campaign Management & Digital) where revenues grew 7 fold before being acquired by Emailvision. Mark JamesonAs CTO Mark has over 17 years’ experience in Solution and Application Development. Since 2000 Mark has presided over the development of Blue Sheep’s Extraction Transform and Load applications along with the creation of the UK Business Universe and its matching technologies. A veteran of multiple Marketing, Analysis and Modelling applications with Client Project Delivery also within his remit. Jim KellyAs Principal Consultant, Jim has over 15 years experience in the marketing solutions, customer insight and customer relationship management consultancy space. This includes senior consultant at Alterian Plc., working closely with marketing service providers such as Experian, Acxiom, GB Group, CACI and Detica and subsequently as both Presales manager and Principal Consultant at smartFOCUS Plc. consulting across many verticals and channels to iteratively improve marketing performance. Trevor HarrisAs Business Development Director, Trevor’s career spans over 35 years in direct marketing, from the early days of direct mail, direct response advertising and door drops through to todays digital. A Luddite he is not. Having held senior marketing positions in some of the UK’s largest mail order companies, he has also worked for leading DM agencies in senior account handling role. Shaun ToutAs Client Services Director, Shaun has managed the team delivering marketing services through defined Service Level Agreements to Blue Sheep’s client base for the past 8 years. This includes Campaign Management, Social Media Strategy, Modelling, Analytics and eMail deliverability. Prior to Blue Sheep Shaun held positions Client Side giving him a clear understanding of Operations and Issues faced by our customers in the delivery of Analysis and Marketing programmes. Lee PriceLee joined Blue Sheep in 2008 as Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Associate, working on a two-year joint project between Blue Sheep and the University of the West of England’s Bristol Business School to develop the company’s predictive market segmentation product (Money Mapping), a project that was later classed as ‘Outstanding’ by the funders, the Technology Strategy Board. Now a Senior Solutions Developer, Lee has worked with Blue Sheep’s largest clients, including The MANUTAN Group, De Vere Hotels and UBM, to deliver technically challenging solutions using his skills in Microsoft SQL Server, Alterian and Visual Basic. As well as developing marketing database solutions, Lee is able to assist clients with developing automated business reporting and with his academic background in advanced statistical analysis, Lee can use techniques such as clustering, propensity models and logistic regression to help clients better understand and predict the behaviour of their customer base.
