The Group wanted their Business and Lesiure databases bringing together into a single platform, to give them a true view of the value of every single customer. Blue Sheep implemented their AIM Platform solution, and now undertake customer analysis and segmentation exercises on the customer base, allowing trigger-based emails to be implemented. These ensure that De Vere’s customers receive the right message and the right time, enhancing the customer experience and driving down campaign costs.
