It includes all of the functionality that is actually used to deliver direct marketing and make this available directly to desktops at Key & Rapid in an easy to use platform.
Since adopting the Aim Platform, Key has implemented a trigger based contact programme across a range of channels. Initial results indicate increased levels of retention and purchase values.
